SEWN SEED is a modern, values-driven brand creating thoughtfully made essentials for babies, women, and men. We’re rooted in local craftsmanship, timeless design, and the belief that clothing can carry meaning beyond the surface.

Founded in 2020, SEWN SEED began with a line of locally handmade baby products and a dream to grow into a full clothing label. That dream—years in the making—is finally coming to life as we prepare to launch our women’s and men’s range.

The idea was sparked by founder Yolandi, who holds a BSc in Consumer Sciences and Business Management. She saw a need for clothing that’s comfortable, modern, and reflective of deeper values. With a heart for quality, purpose, and community, SEWN SEED was born.

Our name reflects both our process and our purpose: every piece is sewn with care, and we’re here to sow into something meaningful—whether that’s uplifting local makers, creating connection, or offering pieces that feel good to wear and to stand behind.

We believe in small beginnings, slow fashion, and making space for meaning.
